Choose a set of number cards based on your students’ skill level: start with 0–10, 1–20, or go all the way to 120!
Place the numbers in a pocket chart, or lay them on a table or floor.
One student hides 1–8 banana cards behind different number cards while others close their eyes.
Students take turns guessing where the bananas are hiding by calling out a number.
Reveal if a banana is hiding behind that number and record the guess!
Use the optional recording sheets for additional writing and number tracking practice.
Play until all bananas are found or everyone has had a turn!
This game allows you to easily differentiate by adjusting the quantity and range of numbers or the number of hidden bananas.
