These simple alphabet arm bands or bracelets are a fun way to offer your students handwriting practice and exposure to phonetic recognition.

Pages 4-29 are formatted with three copies of one letter per page. This is helpful if you are printing for a full class.
Pages 30-38 are formatted with one copy of three letters per page. This is helpful for smaller classes and home schools to limit excess printing.

To assemble: Have students cut on the dotted lines around the bracelet and two pictures. Glue the pictures to the squares on the bracelet and then glue the bracelet end to end where it is marked.

Too time consuming

Cute idea, but too much for the little ones to cut, trace and glue, which involves scissors, glue sticks, crayons, etc. Need several adults in one classroom to help everyone.

Hi Debra,

Thank you for your feedback! I believe fully in differentiation and I understand that not every activity fits every classroom or child which is why we provide a preview of the activity for teachers to decide if it is perfect for their kids. This activity is great for kids who need some extra fine motor practice while still focusing on academic skills. It works great one on one and in small groups. For a full kindergarten class I would suggest doing some pre-cutting with a paper trimmer to reduce the amount of cutting needed for each child. You can also use the activity over several sessions. Hope that helps!
