How to Use It
Step 1: Choose a set of number cards based on your students' skill level. Start with 0-10 or 1-20 or go all the way to 120! Place the numbers in a pocket chart or lay them on a table or floor.
Step 2: One student hides 1-8 banana cards behind different number cards while the others close their eyes.
Step 3: Students take turns guessing where the bananas are hiding by calling out a number. Reveal whether a banana is hiding behind that number and record the guess! Use the optional recording sheets for additional writing and number tracking practice. Play until all bananas are found or everyone has had a turn.
Easy Differentiation
Children build number skills at very different rates. You can easily differentiate by adjusting the quantity and range of numbers or the number of hidden bananas.
