How to Play the Decimal Place Value “War” Card Game:

  1. Deal the cards evenly between two players. Each keeps their deck face down.
  2. Both players flip their top card at the same time.
  3. Compare the decimals. Whoever has the greater value keeps both cards and places them at the bottom of their stack.
  4. If the cards are equal, it's WAR! Players each place three cards face down and flip a fourth. Highest decimal wins the entire pile.
  5. Keep playing until one player runs out of cards or time runs out. The player with the most cards wins!

They prefer over a worksheet or IXL any day! Thanks for this option. Being a non-digital native, makes my life much easier!”
