Peanut butter and jelly numbers pocket chart game where the jelly jars are hiding and kids instantly want to join the hunt! This silly numbers hide and seek game has students guessing, checking and calling out numbers as they search behind sandwich number cards. The Numbers 0-120 Hide & Seek Pocket Chart Cards | Peanut Butter and Jelly Theme gives preschool, pre-K, kindergarten and early elementary students a playful game for number recognition, counting and number order.

Why Teachers Love It
-
Kids stay engaged: The guessing keeps everyone watching, even kids who usually struggle to stay focused during math.
-
You control the difficulty: Start with just a few numbers for beginners or expand the chart for students ready to work with larger number ranges.
-
Repetition that feels like play: Kids want to know where the jelly is hiding, so they naturally repeat number names and practice number order.
-
A routine kids learn fast: The steps stay predictable, so kids focus on the numbers while still enjoying the surprise of the game.
-
Built-in accountability: Recording pages add a number writing step without taking away the fun.
-
Grows with your class: The same game covers numbers 0-10 all the way through 0-120, so you can use it all year.

How to Use It
Step 1: Choose how many numbers to use. Start small for beginners and add more numbers as confidence grows. Place the number cards into a pocket chart so all numbers are visible. Cards can also be laid out on a table or the floor.
Step 2: Have one child hide 1-5 jelly jar cards behind the sandwich number cards while others close their eyes.
Step 3: Kids take turns guessing which numbers are hiding the jelly, saying the number out loud each time. Peek behind the number card to see if jelly is hiding there. Use the recording pages to cross off guessed numbers and write the correct numbers when jelly is found.
Easy Differentiation
Children build number skills at very different rates. Because you choose the numbers and how many to show, this game fits every learner.

For On-Level Practice
