How to Use It

Step 1: Print the theme you want on card stock or the white side of scrapbook paper. Laminate for durability and cut apart the game and token cards.

 

Step 2: Deal the picture cards equally among 2-4 players, face down. Everyone flips over their top card at the same time and races to find that picture on the I Spy board.

 

Step 3: The first player to find it wins a token. The player with the most tokens at the end wins the game! Print extra sets of cards to adapt the game for small groups.

Easy Differentiation

Every group has children with different attention spans, scanning skills and comfort with competition. I Spy "Flip" is easy to adjust for each of them.

  • Play cooperatively, searching for one card together with no race
  • Use fewer picture cards in a round
  • Name the picture aloud before children begin searching
